WelcomeWhile you are here, I hope you will take the time to read my stories and poems. They come from my heart and from my life.Why, you ask? Who am I? I am a career woman, a mother, a wife, and most of all, my own woman!I spend my days as a paralegal. I work for a prosperous law firm dealing with contracts, information gathering and other rather mundane tasks. I spend grueling hours hunched over my computer, more often than not with the phone stuck between my neck and shoulder.I spend my evenings as a mom and peacekeeper. I have seven year old twin boys who are boisterous, fun-loving and mischevious. They love each other, but as boys are wont to do, they fight and argue.I spend my nights as a wife. I have a wonderful husband of thirteen years and we treasure our time together. We talk over the days events, plan for the future and glory in all that we have achieved together.I attend church, teach the children's sermon and play handbells in the choir. I also help other women achieve their personal best.How, you say? I am a beauty consultant with a large cosmetics firm based in Dallas, Texas.
